What a fabulous venue it was for our meeting at the old Court House in Midland. Thanks to the City of Swan for letting us use this fabulous function area.
Our Club welcomed quite a few guests last Tuesday evening to an information evening. We showed interested people, who we are and gave them an idea of what Rotary is all about. The majority of guests were interested in coming to one of our regular meetings to get to know us a little better.
Some of our Members went to Geraldton to attend the District Conference. The general feedback was really good and I am looking forward to hearing more about the event and also to hear about all the new ideas. It is wonderful to see that the attendees of the conference have been newly inspired.
Our next regular meeting will be on the 22nd of May. Some of the Rotaract Members will lead this meeting, to give us an insight of how a Rotaract meeting is conducted.
